SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — A modern hangout called Lucy’s Bar is now open on Caroline Highway in downtown Saratoga Springs.
The tiny, 650-square-foot space at 5 Caroline St. opened its doors to the public on Wednesday, inviting all to “come as you are.”
With this motto in thought, Lucy’s Bar aims to provide a cozy and eclectic atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
On its menu, Lucy’s Bar features a variety of signature cocktails for $10 each, along with fish bowls, Moscow mules, wine, spirits and beer.
A standing special on the menu is “The Lucy,” which comes with one shot and one beer for $8. Customers can choose tequila, vodka or whiskey for the shot and Pabst Blue Ribbon, Corona Light or Miller Light for the beer.
Lucy’s Bar offers one food item called the Walking Taco. This trendy snack starts with Doritos or Fritos topped with chili, sour cream and cheese – and served right in the chip bag for portable convenience. Vegan and gluten free options are available. Toppings of avocado and jalapeno can be added too.
