It’s Pride Month once again and existence a walking alphabet soup ourselves, we wanted to produce a special video for probably our oldest fandom. Because June is not just the moment for the gays, it’s also the birthday month of the blue hog himself, Sonic The Hedgehog.

On June 23rd, 1991, just four weeks before we were born, SEGA released the imaginative Sonic game for the Mega Commute, kicking off a thirty one year long marathon sprint with no conclude in sight. This year we contain a recently released feature film, a collection of remastered classic games, an upcoming Netflix cartoon, an open-world adventure title, the 50th issue of the current comic publication run and that’s not even touching upon the franchise’s venture into VTubing, all the unused merchandise and more.

But having grown up with the series since the mid-90s, we wanted to merge our devote of the franchise with Pride month and have a closer look at something that many people might not even have realized existed, namely…

Shadow's Sexuality?

Right, right... I forgot that I said I'd do this to GitzyRulz while we were chatting the other night. *cough cough*

So, much like my previous post on "Why People Dislike Chris", I once again did what I like to dial stumbling-over-a-huge-but-ignored-plot-point-in-a-character's-development. Or just accidentally uncovering something that blows my friends' minds away. It happens from time to time, I suppose...

BUT ONTO THE MATTER AT HAND~!!! The point of this, is Shadow's sexuality, or lack there of. See, we were talking about the fandom and accepted ships--mainly the topic of Shadow x Amy. It was brought up due to an anonymous ask Gitzy responded to, and while she basically covered all the same basics on why I don't really care for it, here's the major indicate that I tackled that made her literally applaud me. While I am NOT bashing on people who support any pairing with Shadow--trust me, I like me some Shadow x Chris, so this isn't anything to do with fan desires--but you also need to really seize notice to this interesting nature study.
